Recent Best Western Bay Harbor Review: "Stayed at the hotel for a week. My room was Bay side.. Beautiful! Listened to music from the patio bar in the evenings. Crabby Patty's food, excellent, food servers excellent, greeters...HORRIBLE 1st night inside tables empty asked to sit by the window and have a drink was told to get my own drink at the barr When the waitress came to the table she  looked puzzled..I told her the greeter told me I had to get my own. 3rd night had guests asked for window seat was told I had to wait to be seated until the waitress caught up with her orders. 3 couples were also told to wait ,the room had 10 open tables 4 staff behind the counter doing talking and one waitress running her buns off. Went and sat down anyway. One of the 4 should have been seating people and the other 3 should have been helping the waitress get her orders out. Not making the customers stand at the doorrrr NO SENSE"
