Recent Best Western Review: "The room and service exceeded my expectation!!! I booked a city view room and was given a bay view room for the same cost!!! The view was breath-taking!!! The hotel offered shuttle service to the cruise terminal for a nominal fee. I was allowed to park my car in the parking lot for the duration of the cruise. The hotel shuttle picked us up at the cruise terminal and transported us back to the hotel to pick up our car after the cruise (again for a nominal fee). The shuttle drivers were very friendly. We would DEFINITELY stay at Bay Harbor Hotel again and again!!!!"

| This was perfect for the night before my flight left (with a rental - not sure if there is a shuttle or not but it's not far). I found it very tricky to find with my GPS but it was a great deal for a very comfortable room. It has a pool, view of the water, great spot right there for dinner/drinks and even live music. The only negative was at check -in - unfriendly. |

| Great Bay View - makes for a perfect sunset. No room issues. Great on-site restaurant. Fridge, not the coldest, and coffee in bathroom? Nice balcomy & sliding door with +'al security lock and slide-bar. Pool overlooks bay. On the 60 is great access to 275, 75, I-4, and west to Largo and Clearwater. |

| We were very happy with our stay. I only had 2 complaints that we were too busy to address. 1-the elevator stink like urine 2- the sliding glass door in our too was very difficult to open and close. We had a gorgeous view of.the bay from the 3rd floor. The ac was quiet, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom was of sufficient size and the cleaning staff.did a great job. Will definitely be staying here the next.time we visit! Another downfall..there are mo convenience stores.or fast.food locates nearby but I was familiar with the area since I grew up there. |

| I found the hotel to be convenientlly located with a beautiful view of the bay.
My friends and I enjoyed the bar/restaurant area very much, specially the Volleyball game going on at the time.

| Had a room overlooking the bay. Great view. Nice clean comfortable room. Nice size pool. Hotel staff was very friendly. There was access to a computer with internet and a printer. Easy drive to Clearwater or downtown Tampa. Very glad we stayed here instead of downtown next to the convention center. |

| While the hotel property was convenient and the common areas and exterior very neat and clean, the interior has seen better days. The carpeting and furnishings were tired and in need of an update. There was a broken computer/desk chair in the room. The sleep number bed was unadjustable, resulting in a a high and a low side, with a ridge in the middle. The a/c was noisy and slow to adjust the room temperature. The bay views from the room were spectacular.
Crabby Bills, the on-site restaurant, has decent food, although the service left a lot to be desired. One night, the drink waitress showed up immediately but brought an undersized soft drink before disappearing, never to be seen again. The serving waitress showed up 10 minutes later to take my order which took 40 minutes to come out of the kitchen, on a night when the restaurant was only half full. The next night the service was much quicker but the waiter totally forgot my appetizer order. |
