Recent Clarion Conference Near Review: "We travel every year to Florida with our children. We normally stay at our condo in Orlando but do to the economy we decided rent it out this year & stay at a hotel. We were somewhat weary at first because in the past we haven't had very pleasant stays at hotels. But everything about the hotel was great the people were all very friendly & helpful, our room was clean had not one complaint if we needed towels or anything else for the room it was taken care of right away. But I think the one thing that made me want to go back again next year was the fact that we arrived at 6 am the morning of check in we weren't supposed to check in until 3 that afternoon my daughter had been sick all night I explained to the lady at the front desk she said your room isn't ready yet but let me see what I can do. With in a half an hour our room had been cleaned & we were allowed to check in & were even told we we're more then welcome to enjoy their complementary hot breakfast buffet. The hotel & it's employees were great!"

| This hotel has a good location. Although, the hotel is a OLD and I mean OLD Days INN that was renamed/labeled to look cleaner. Only one power outlet near the sink that is accessible. The other one is behind and under the bed. |

| The rooms were really nice and clean. We had more than enough space to move around in. One of the rooms had had some water damage but that was alright. The other rooms were great. We would stay there again. |

| The only thing that really bothered me was that the bathroom was very dirty. I did not report it to the front because it was very late and we were only there for that one night. Other than this everything was great.

| I had basic expectations from other reviews; the hotel lived up to, but didn't exceed them. The room/building is due for some freshening up. For another one-night stay, I'd go back. For something longer, maybe not. |

| The room was very comfortable and clean looking. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was really nice getting a phone call from the front desk shortly after checking in to see if everything was okay with our room. A gentleman came right to the room with a new TV remote because my husband discovered very quickly that the one in the room didn't work. Only complaint was that the air conditioner was very loud, but I think that was a good thing, because other guests were very loud in the hall ways, so we probably would not have slept very well, if we heard them out in the hall all night. Other than that, our stay was very nice. |

| Nice comfortable room. The receptionist was very friendly and cheerful. I really like the hotel except that it has an outside corridor on a main road. The room had a huge window overlooking the outside corridor, even though there were curtains, I just felt a bit exposed ie not safe. On arrival, this drunk lady came up to us in the car park on the main road and asked for money. So not good first impression. Breakfast was mediocre, nothing special and not much selection and the breakfast room felt like a canteen, not at all cosy and comfy. I felt like I was at a school canteen. I would not return as I am a bit cautious about safety. But if you are a guy and and dont mind, I think it is a very comfy hotel. |

| Awesome pool for the kids. Nice places to eat all around. Hot breakfast buffet. Not even 5 minutes to Busch Gardens. Second time staying here, and will stay again. |
