| It wasn't perfectly clean. The cleaning staff missed a long hair on the edge of the tub, but it wasn't a dirty place in general. The beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of space in the room for the kids to hang out and sleep. |

| Sandy and the staff were all great and welcomed us with a smile. We have stayed at this property on several occasions and have never been disappointed. They have a lovely breakfast and the rooms are spacious. It is close to the FL Aquarium, shopping and dining. We hope to stay there again next month. |

| Hotel was clean and comfortable. Everyone slept well in comfortable beds. Breakfast was good and convenient. Happy with the experience. Great location that was easy to find and with other amenities close by. |

| We were overall satisfied with the hotel. The suites were clean and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. The breakfast was pretty good too. But when we arrived Super Bowl weekend. Our rooms were not ready at check-in time 3:00. The older woman at the desk was very very rude and very offensive. The other employees at this hotel were very friendly though... |

| Our reservation did not have the right number of guests listed but the hotel quickly accommodated us without skipping a beat. Great waffles! |

| there was plenty of space the only thing that i didn't like about the hotel was that the pool closed at sunset and the pool hours that were posted said it was open til 10pm. |
