Recent Comfort West Review: "This hotel is brand new. My husband and I took our niece and nephew to Tampa for Busch Gardens (10-15 minute drive), and we wanted a nice hotel at a good price. I recently stayed in the Marriott and Ritz Carlton in Orlando, as well as the Starwood on Singer Island (all five star hotels), and I would consider this hotel a four star. I was worried about the lack of ratings, but realized why immediately - when we pulled up, there was a giant "grand opening" hot air balloon outside. We got to our first room, and there was no thermostat in the wall (it had not yet been installed). The front desk clerk was very sweet and immediately put us in a different room. The complimentary breakfast included eggs, sausages, Belgian waffles, assorted cereals, toast, bagels, yogurt, fruit cups, coffee and juice. The pool and hot tub were nice, too. The only negative thing I can say about this hotel is that the surrounding area is not too great (which is not uncommon in Tampa). We felt safe parking our car in the parking lot (it seems to be an industrial area), but we went to the Wal-Mart about two miles away on Dale Mabry, and did not feel safe at all. However, we highly recommend Giordano's, which is a Chicago deep-dish pizza place that only has three locations in Florida."

| This hotel is off the beaten path. It is conviently located near Busch Gardens, Whole Foods, shopping, and major highways. The room was actually smaller than the pictures. The refrigerator in the room did not have a freezer as well. Overall it was a decent place to stay. I was able to rest after our daily excursions without the feeling of bugs crawling all over me. |

| We have 6 in our family, and the suite that we had was "cozy" but it did accomdate all of us in the same room. The staff was awesome and attentive to all of our needs. We will definitely stay here again while visiting family in the Tampa area. |

| I stayed at this hotel along with a couple friends to go to Busch Gardens for the weekend. It fit everybody with room to spare, and everything was comfortable. It was a bit of a drive, maybe 15-20 minutes to Busch Gardens with light traffic, but overall I will definitely be staying here again, a great rate and a great stay. |
