| The hotel was great. We originally booked a king suite, but when I got to the room, I realized there was no balcony. I called down front and asked if we could switch, they said no problem. I ended up with a double, but there was no extra charge. I loved this hotel because it has an indoor pool and the kids loved it!! The jacuzzi was a little strong in the chemical department, but other than that....no complaints!! |

| We stayed at this hotel for a weekend. It was near all the areas we were visiting. The location was quiet and the pool was a plus. |

| We were disapointed as soon as we checked in as the pool was out of service, but we were told we could use the pool at the hotel next door... we also had to go to the desk after the fact to get our free breakfast coupon (as they did not offer it to us on check in) did they think we would forget? We chose the Marriot because of the comfort of the beds and sheets. overall I slept like a baby and that's saying a lot for me. |

| We booked two rooms and the check in time was 3pm; however, when we arrive at 3:10 -- only one of our two rooms were ready and we had to wait around until almost 4pm for our second room to be ready. One of the two rooms did not have a lamp and the one that did was not in working condition. In addition, we had a difficult time finding someone who would deliver food to that location. |

| Hotel was outstanding for service, cleanliness and employees were very friendly. If you are booking this room with a free breakfast however.... do not expect it. The hotel does not offer free breakfasts. Beds were very firm and linens and pillows were above normal standards. |

| We booked a package that was to include breakfast. We were told at check-in that they did not offer any such package and that they were not resposible for something sold on someone elses website. We had to argue in order to receive what we were promised. It made for a very uncomfortable stay between us and the front desk. The hotel was nice but the beds were not up to par compared to other Courtyards. Breakfast was fairly limited. |

| we stood one night at this hotel, and we were very satisfied with the service and accomodations. the breakfast buffet was fabulous. i wish it had an outdoor pool instead of an indoor pool, but other than that, it was great. |

| The staff was extremely helpful.
Great location.
It wasn't as nice as other Courtyards where we've stayed. We were surprised that breakfast wasn't automatically included with the room. |
