| The hotel was pretty good for the money. The beds were a bit uncomfortable for us. Maybe just not what we're used to. I spoke with someone on the phone to book the room and assumed that breakfast was included in price but found out that it wasn't after all. |

| We were a little disappointed with the staff at this hotel. Both the ice machines at this hotel were Out of Order, so you had to wait for the Security Guard (who was also patrolling the lot) to get ice for you. We had signed up for a Summer Breakfast Special, but had to question front desk staff about it, was never mentioned at Check-In. They seemed a little put out that we would even asked, but was included in the purchase price. The physical hotel was clean & comfortable. It was close to the Interstate, so traffic could be heard, and not too many food options within walking distance. Overall, a decent place to stay. |

| They screwed up my reservation and charged my credit card for someone else's room. Hopefully that has been corrected. Also, the hotel is next to an interstate highway and it is loud all the time. |
