| We stayed at this hotel because we were attending a concert at the Florida State Fair Grounds. It's close and a shuttle to and from the concert was a nice surprise. The hotel was nice, but could use some TLC. Small details like fresh paint really make a difference.
We stayed at another Crown Plaza managed hotel on this trip and it was the same store there too. A little freshening up would bring these places up a whole letter grade, C to B or A. |

| Stayed one night for the Aerosmith concert @ the amphitheatre. Staff was very friendly. Resturant had good food little pricey though...was a little noisey,could hear everytime someone left the room...overall stay was pleasant and would definelty come back. |

| Hotel was very nice for the price, however, we were surprised that we had to pay for internet and the food at the hotel was average at best, but high priced for what they offer. Everything was clean and staff was friendly & helpful. The shuttle to the ampitheater was a nice bonus. I would recommend this hotel to friends & would stay there again, but I also might look elsewhere for the convenience of continental breakfast & internet included in the fee. |

| The hotel is a good value for the money. Nice entrance/bar/restaurant/amenities. The first room they put us in was very musty smelling after walking in. The front desk person immediately put us into another room, which was much better. The elevators were very slow, however, and we were on a higher floor. |

| We stayed here last year and everything was wonderful. This year we were less then pleased when we arrived. Checking in went well, however it took another 45 mintues to get into our room with a malfunctioning door. After several trips back to the desk and waving down an employee in the hall who was able to open the door. We were let into our room and the door was repaired. I guess to reduce electricity costs the air is turned off when the room in not in use. So we went into a hot smelly room. Once the air was turned on and febreeze was sprayed, we finally could get a nights sleep. |

| While the structure and decorations are old, the maintenance is pristine and up to the star-rate standard. You cannot get this category for such a low price. |

| The overall experience was exactly what I had expected from a Crowne Plaza hotel, very professional full service hotel. Highly recommend for quality and service. It was good value for money. |

| The hotel is really clean and had comfortable beds. The wall paper and carpet are from the 70/80's but it is still super clean. Some people see "old" wall paper and carpet as not nice, but this is. |

| We rented this room for it's close proximity to the fairgrounds. Not only was the room and staff wonderful, they offered a free shuttle service to and from the fairgrounds. |
