| My husband is an Embassy Suite Hotel fan. I, however, am not, but this Embassy Suite Hotel was a very pleasant exception. It is newly redecorated, has excellent service, is in a very convenient location and is set up more like a traditional hotel. Could not have been more pleased. |

| Our family spent 2 days at the Westshore Embassy suites before our drive to South Florida for the week.The staff was friendly and professional. Our rooms were clean and spacious. The Embassy is close to shopping and several nice places to eat. We had ZERO complaints about this Hotel. Will stay there again next year! |

| Very nice place to stay. Stayed two nights after a New Year cruise. Excellent warm breakfast. Very nice free cocktail gathering each night for two hours. Nice clean pool. Mall and resteraunts accross the street in a good neighborhood.
Highly reccomend this hotel by the airport. |

| THE HOTEL WAS GREAT. THE ROOM WAS CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE. WE USED THIS HOTEL BECAUSE WE WERE BOARDING A CRUISE SHIP THE NEXT DAY AND FOUND THE TRANSPORTATION FROM THE AIRPORT THE BE JUST RIGHT.THE HOTEL IS LOCATED ACCROSS THE STREET FORM A NICE SHOPPING MALL WITH SEVERAL GOOD RESTARAUNTS. THE ROOM WAS SO COMFORTABLE THAT WE WISHED THAT WE COULD PUT THE ROOM ON THE SHIP. |

| i didn't like how they charged to use the phone locally.there was no sign anywhere stateing that they did so and i didn't like that we had to pay an extra $10.00 for our child.last time we stayed there we didn't have to pay it and she didn't get anything extra. they have a lot of extra charging going on. the breakfast buffet could have been better like plates so you can get food and food on the buffet line would help too.thanks for listening! |
