Recent Embassy Brandon Review: "What can I say, another Embassy Suites exceeded my expectations. Since my first stay at the Embassy Suites in Orlando on International Drive I have been convinced that there is no other hotel comparable (not even the Ritz Carlton). The room was spacious, yet cozy, clean and impressive.
The Manager's Reception is always pleasant, but the breakfast was exceptional.
We were extremely satisfied and we'll be back for sure!!!!"

Brandon is a residential suburb that lies east of downtown. Nearby, blue-ribbon agriculture is on display annually at the Florida State Fairgrounds. South of Brandon in Apollo Beach, manatees flock by a waterside power plant when the water temperature cools. | this was a great hotel rooms were great breakfast was good enough to offer something for the whole family (cereal for kids made to order omlettes for adults plus many other options)pool was on the small side but great central location to movies shopping busch gardens and it is only 1 hr or so away from orlando attractions |

| When I chose this hotel, I spent a great deal of time picking the best one for my purposes. I was very let down in my pre-arrival experience and hotel stay. When I called for directions, the service rep was very unclear and got us lost for a couple hours. When we arrived, I heard the other service rep giving directions that would have gotten us to the hotel in less than 30 min. The room service was slow, as was the service in the "Mango" cafe. Not only that, I had to go to the front desk just to get a waitress paged to come out! The food was overpriced and not worth what we paid. There were soiled linens in the hall outside our room the enitre time and two beer glasses sitting in the hall all night! In the morning I saw an "Outback" take-out bag sitting in the floor in the hall and when I came back, it had just been added to the dirty linens. The coffee maker was broken. You have to pay extra to use the wifi, and the overall attitude in this hotel is very low energy. I paid way too much for what I got. The best thing is that the bed is really comfy. I'm sure I can that somewhere else. |
