| My stay at the The Embassy Suite was the best. The quality of the hotel surpass any Holiday inn or HoJo I've stayed in. The staff were at your service at all time. The hotel was emaculant inside and out. My wife and I argreed that all our future hotel stays are going to be at The Embassy Suites anywhere we go! |

| Great hotel, very clean, friendly service (we brought our bikes which the staff was kind to store for us), great breakfast buffet - great stay. Since it is outside Tampa you will need a car to get around. |

| My wife and I took our 4 kids to Busch Gardens and based on the rate for this hotel, we decided to try it...It was great....the suite has a separate bedroom so there are two rooms...two kids slept in one of the Queens and the other two slept on the pull out couch. The breakfast bar was included, and had omelets and made to order waffles....the staff was friendly. The only negative..the mattresses were too soft for our liking, and the entrance to the hotel is down a side street, even though you see the hotel right from 75. We definitely would recommend this to anyone. |

| This hotel was in the perfect place. It was only 10 min. from the ship. Everything was perfect. The room was spacious, clean, & comfortable. The breakfast was great. I liked the made-to-order omlets. Food was good & hot/cold as needed to be. Staff was courteous & helpful. Will stay again when we come to Tampa for cruising or any other occasion. Tha nks. |

| The guest service was great I asked at the if we could change rooms after we had already checked in and they let us with no problems. Will stay there again. |

| this was a great hotel rooms were great breakfast was good enough to offer something for the whole family (cereal for kids made to order omlettes for adults plus many other options)pool was on the small side but great central location to movies shopping busch gardens and it is only 1 hr or so away from orlando attractions |

| When I chose this hotel, I spent a great deal of time picking the best one for my purposes. I was very let down in my pre-arrival experience and hotel stay. When I called for directions, the service rep was very unclear and got us lost for a couple hours. When we arrived, I heard the other service rep giving directions that would have gotten us to the hotel in less than 30 min. The room service was slow, as was the service in the "Mango" cafe. Not only that, I had to go to the front desk just to get a waitress paged to come out! The food was overpriced and not worth what we paid. There were soiled linens in the hall outside our room the enitre time and two beer glasses sitting in the hall all night! In the morning I saw an "Outback" take-out bag sitting in the floor in the hall and when I came back, it had just been added to the dirty linens. The coffee maker was broken. You have to pay extra to use the wifi, and the overall attitude in this hotel is very low energy. I paid way too much for what I got. The best thing is that the bed is really comfy. I'm sure I can that somewhere else. |
