| Our room was very clean and welcoming. I do wish we would have had a refrigerator and microwave in the room. It was so hot in Florida that we would have liked the convenience of having cold drinks at our fingertips and a microwave to cook popcorn in the evenings even though the ice and soda and water dispensers were on our floor. The hotel maid service was beyond excellent; these individuals work so hard at maintaining the cleanliness. The various manager evening receptions were a very nice touch of hospitality. The apples for the guests at the front desk were a welcome treat. Thank you! |

| We enjoyed our room and the breakfast each morning. The staff was helpful, friendly, and efficient. The landscaping is very pretty. This hotel also offers a free shuttle back and forth to Busch Gardens, and we took them up on that - it was quite helpful. This hotel is in a nice neighborhood and has interior corridors (for added safety). I would have given a 5/5 for every component in the grading but the electronic locks on the outside doors failed to work at time, and our door keys were hit-or-miss as well. They do need to upgrade that system. However, the hotel staff corrected the problem with the outer doors the next day and did allow us to receive new door key cards when we asked. Our room door continued to give us trouble… but that was pretty much our only complaint! (On a personal note though, we thought the matress was very hard). Overall, we were satisfied and treated well. We would recommend this hotel. |

| This is our first stay in a Hampton Inn and I must say we were very impressed. The room was well appointed, clean, beds were comfortable (for us) and the surroundings were delightful. Although the hotel was very close to a major street, the plantings and garden-like setting made it seem less "in town." Breakfast was wonderful--tasty and diverse. We will seek out other Hampton Inns on our travels. |

| A totally pleasant, safe and comfortable stay! This was the very best hotel stay we have experienced in the past 15 years.
On arrival we were greeted with a smile from Heather. Checking in was a most professional experience even asking if we preferred a first or second floor.
The room, king bed, all amenities was a real plus. The breakfast offered was very pleasing and the presentation was great; the variety was far superior to any of the continental style breakfast we experienced in our travels.
The breakfast staff was a real joy, greeting us with a smile, kept the tables clean and refilling the food station constantly. She was outstanding and never stopped; she was a real plus to our overall experience.
The ability for use to print our boarding passes and having Wi-Fi was an added plus.
The shuttle van was an unexpected plus. The service offered shuttle to almost anything within a radius to the hotel. We used the service to take us to the restaurant of our choice and was picked us up when we were ready. We also used the shuttle to the port of Tampa for our cruise departure.
Thank you so much to all the staff for making our hotel stay so memorial at such an affordable price |

| This is the second time we have stayed in the Tampa Hampton and love it. It's so convient to everything. The family loves the great breakfast every morning and the food is delicious. This is the only place we will stay at on our visit to busch gardens. Thanks for making us feel at home. |

| Wonderful staff--friendly and helpful! Very nice breakfast selection with lots of food, replenished several times while we were enjoying our coffee and meal. Free shuttle to Busch Gardens (and other areas nearby) was very convenient. The Manager's reception was so welcome with excellent chili, chips, etc. and nice wine and beer on tap. Very clean workout area with towels provided. Hotel in a lovely business park where I enjoyed a good walk in the morning. We will stay here whenever in Tampa area! |
