Recent Hilton Airport Westshore Review: "We arrived from our flight and tried to get shuttle service to the hotel. We called for pickup and waited and waited....Finally received a call back and was told that they were having isues with the shuttle and asked to take a taxi. We were told that we would be reimbursed for the fare. When we got to the hotel we checked in fine and I asked about the  reimbursement and was asked for a receipt. Didn't even know you could get them from cabs...my fault. We were given a free appetizer coupon for the local restaurant. Once in the room everything was good. Comfortable and clean. My stance: Good place to stay just make sure you have a backup plan on arriving."
