Recent Hilton Garden Inn Review: "The hotel was great along with the price. They had free high speed internet to use along with a fitness center and business center. The awesome thing about the business center was that you could just swipe your card to get in regardless of the time (contrasting hotels that have business center hours) which was awesome because we had to print tickets early Sunday morning. The fitness center was a little shappy, two exercise bikes, two treadmills and a stairmaster. But as my husband reminded me, people don't usually go on vacation to work out. We weren't happy with the service or food that we received at the restaraunt but that might have been because we were getting food to go to our room and it was half an hour before closing (still plenty of time but you know how it is!). All in all, an excellent value, friendly staff and even a "pantry" for midnight snacking or forgotten items (small charges apply)."

| I stay in Tampa at least once a month for school. I have found that this hotel is by far the best for the money,service and somfort. I love it and sleep better than I do at home. |

| We reserved 2 king mini-suites. One was smoking for the smoker in the party and the other was not. Both rooms were spacious and clean. The smoking room did have a smoke smell, but otherwise was fine. The nonsmoking room was great. spaceous and the bedroom was seperate from the living area with french doors. The internet was easy to access using my wireless laptop. No trouble there. My grandson loved the pool, although being only 2, it was too deep to just play in water. He didn't complain. The breakfast buffet was lacking and not worth the price tag. I noticed some patrons had complementary breakfast slips, not sure how one got one of those. The staff was excellent. They assisted us with directions to local places and provided us with maps and explained how to get places in the most efficient way. They were great both at check in and out. We would stay there on every visit to Tampa. |

| The hotel was beautiful and the staff was really nice. I just do not think the room we had was worth the price. There were a few things that needed to be fixed. I think that the bus service needs to be a little more organized. Ie, guests need to know that they need to sign up to ride the bus. |

| This is a great bargain, upscale accomodations at a 2-star price. The room was wonderful, very clean and nicely decorated. The food from the American Grill is great, both breakfast and dinner. Our check-in and check-out both went very smoothly and were done in under a minute. My only complaint is that one of the elevators was broken over the weekend and they couldn't get anyone out to fix it before Monday so there was only 1 elevator all weekend and the wait was a little long. |

| The Hilton Garden Inn is conveniently located off I-75 in North Tampa and well situated if you are going to Busch Gardens or to USF. It is a very pretty property with nice rooms. We stay at Hilton hotels often and were disappointed with the service of this hotel (asked for a TV remote several times before front desk delivered it) and the noise levels late into the evening and early in the morning (we were told that there were graduations and/or family reunions that weekend). While we were there, only 1 of 2 elevators was working. Also, the evening front desk clerk had an interaction with the hotel van driver on our first night that I would classify as bickering in front of customers...not very professional. While I will stay at Hilton hotels again, I would probably pick another property if I am back in that vicinity. There were many other hotels close by including Hampton Inn. |

| I commute to tampa at least once a month. this is my favorite hotel. For the money, it is clean, comfortable, great beds and bedding and the staff is friendly all the time. |
