| The two things i look for is a nice room and a nice bathroom. This hotel had a nice comfortable room, but not the bathroom. Why can hotels in general not build and maintain quality bathrooms. it was clean, but dated and showing serious wear on fixtures and construction. |

| We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very close to the Phillies Spring Training games. Very convenient restaurants nearby. Continental breakfast was sufficient. Staff was very courteous and the room was very nice after we asked to be changed to a room with a view! |

| Absolutely ideal place to stay when arriving in Tampa after a 9 hour flight. Bus pick up available or plenty of parking if driving. Close to plenty of restaurants and bars. Hotel has heated pool to relax and serves breakfast. Would definitely use in future. |

| I STAYED AT THIS HOTEL LAST YEAR, AND ENJOYED THE AREA. THAT IS MAINLY WHY I CHOSED THIS HOTEL AGAIN.THE STAFF WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND LUIS WAS THE BEST.WAS IN TOWN FOR THE SAINTS VS BUCS GAME, AND WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN. |

| The hotel is right next to the water with a beautiful view. It was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was just incredible, with an awesome pancake machine. Service was great. The only problem we had was very loud neighbors, but the front desk was very good about calling them and asking them to quiet down several times. We definitely recommend this hotel. |

| Great value and quality. The room was very clean and the hotels overall appearance was good & clean. The breakfast was excellent and had just about everything you could want. The room was a little small, but overall was great. |

| For a great price, our room was sparkling clean and the staff amazingly eager to take care of us. The breakfast was not only free--but well-presented and delicious! While the water pressure in the shower could be a bit more forceful, this hotel is more than worth the price of admission! |
