| Very convenient location if your destination is Busch Gardens; very clean & staff is friendly. However - we did have an annoying beep throughout the night which I mentioned to the front desk & which they did not offer any compensation. |

| All hotel staff were excellent and extremely friendly. The room was large and very clean. The free breakfast was ample: fresh fruit daily, hot and cold meals were also available and delicious. You could not beat the close proximity to Busch Gardens. Walking; took approximately 20 to 25 minutes at a normal pace. If you wanted the hotel provided a free shuttle. If you're up for shopping, the International Mall is about a 20 minute drive from the hotel. All in all, the hotel surpassed all our expectations. |

| I was given a password to use their wifi, but when i went to my room none of my devices (phone, tablet, notebook) would detect the wifi. I asked the front desk and they gave me a phone number to call for support...after a few minutes on the phone with them, they said they have to call the hotel to reboot the router and then call me back. No one called me back! and the wifi never detected for the rest of the weekend i was there!
Other than that, great hotel - clean, quiet, convenient. |

| This hotel was located next to Busch Gardens and close to restaurants etc. Very convenient! I would definitely recommend this hotel! |

| O hotel está muito próximo ao Busch Gardens e mesmo assim há um serviço de transporte do hotel para o parque.
O cinamon roll do acfé da manhã é muito gostoso.... vale experimentar.
Ao lado do hotel tem um restaurante Olive Garden que é uma boa opção para fugir dos sanduiches. |
