Recent Howard Johnson Express Busch Review: "Our stay was great. The pool was clean and at a comfortable temperature. The rooms were clean and in nice condition, unlike other hotels in the area. The only problem I had was we had some plumbing issues in our room. However, after bringing it up to the front desk, we were switched to another room immediately where everything worked fine. Free highspeed internet, and a free breakfast of bagels, pastries, cereal, or toast. It was close enough to Busch Gardens and Adventure Island to get there in a reasonable amount of time, but far enough away to avoid the hubub of tourists. Plenty of restaurants (including fast food) around and a sweet bay down the road. One thing not mentioned in their ad though is the fact that they also have microwaves and minifridges in the rooms. We are Fun Card holders annually at Busch Gardens, so we go a lot, and we will definately be staying at this hotel again."
