| Our stay was great. The pool was clean and at a comfortable temperature. The rooms were clean and in nice condition, unlike other hotels in the area. The only problem I had was we had some plumbing issues in our room. However, after bringing it up to the front desk, we were switched to another room immediately where everything worked fine. Free highspeed internet, and a free breakfast of bagels, pastries, cereal, or toast. It was close enough to Busch Gardens and Adventure Island to get there in a reasonable amount of time, but far enough away to avoid the hubub of tourists. Plenty of restaurants (including fast food) around and a sweet bay down the road. One thing not mentioned in their ad though is the fact that they also have microwaves and minifridges in the rooms. We are Fun Card holders annually at Busch Gardens, so we go a lot, and we will definately be staying at this hotel again. |

| The best i can say is i got what i paid for. Service was ok, not friendly. Room service knocks on your door even with the do not disturb tag outside. Then another woman came and knocked to see if i was checking out or staying again??? that irritated me..Dont rush me after i have prepaid for two nights! |

| For the money this hotel was not all that great. On our first night we arrived around 11pm and there was no available parking. We had to drive around until someone left. On my next trip I will stay at another hotel. |

| On Saturday March 7th I checked into the Howard Johnson Inn. We arrived before the actual checking time and they still were happy to help us and went straight to the room to make sure it was cleaned and ready, I enjoyed the location to. Fowler Ave has so much to do, and isnt to far from Downtown Tampa. I will deff stay at the HJ next time. |
