| The room and hotel were extemely clean and well kept. The shuttle service was great to get us to the shopping centers and restaurants. The customer service was good. I would definitely come back to this location. |

| Chosen for location and airport shuttle. Room was adequate but had a musty odor which I reported. Staff were less than concerned and it didn't appear that they intended to discuss it with cleaning staff. |

| Stayed here for the Cowboys game and enjoyed the hotel. Nice breakfast, helpful staff and spacious rooms. Free shuttle within 3 miles of hotel and nice malls and restaurants within that radius. |

| I bought a room at this hotel for my husband and his father for the Bucs game. They spoke nothing but great things about their entire experience with the hotel. They were very happy with the shuttle service, and of course the huge flat screen TV! They also said the beds were comfortable, as well as the entire room, and they loved having a kitchenette. We would definitely come back, or at least stay at another Hyatt Place in another city. |

| The price and quality was the best we could find near the airport since we had an early flight out the next day.
We liked that we could get a wine and a beer to take up to our room. The breakfast had sufficiate selection. Rooms were comfortable, nicely decorated and clean. |
