Recent Hyatt Place Busch Review: "I walked in the hotel being the first hotel ever book. Greeted when i walked in the staff was more then willing to help me find where i was. I asked where a few stores were and they not only told me but printed a map to where the stores were after looking it up for me. Every employee of the hotel was beyond and made me feel welcome. There was only one  problem with the hotel and that was that the comforter and pillows were down and I am allergic to down but a simple phone call i received new pillows and comforter with in a few minutes and this was at 1:15am. After this it sealed the deal for me i was expecting it to take at least a half hour to an hour. i have stayed at other hotels before and this was the first one i actually booked by myself instead of others booking it. I am a 21 years old an it was a scary feeling that i was going to get over charged and the staff insured me that i was not and I was not it made it feel like i was the only guest there some times."
