| We stayed a single night in the Hyatt Regency Tampa Downtown. I'll star off with the cons. It was a good hotel but we paid quite a bit for a single night b/c we bought the business package which included free breakfast, valet, and internet. It turns out the breakfast is for only 1 person even though we told them we had 2 adults and you have to eat it in the restaurant and is a limited menu, not the full one so that kind of disappointed me. Also internet is only for a single device, so if you have more than one you have to pay for it to access the internet. But my biggest gripe was that there was no fridge to but sodas, water, milk, etc ... in. For the pros the beads were great and really comfortable, there was a nice marble counter tops in the bathroom, and a flat screen TV that allows you to connect other devices to it such as a computer for watching Netflix, a gaming system, etc ... The flat screen TV was one of the main reasons we choose that hotel over other in the area. We like to hook up the computer and watch movies on the TV. The service was also great. We pre-ordered breakfast and it was brought to our room on time and the server was really nice. So other than the high price and no fridge it was really nice. |

| Great service, very friendly staff! Our stay was slightly tarnished by an incident whereby some alcohol went missing from our room one day while the room was being cleaned, but we were compensated appropriately, and management was very apologetic. Notwithstanding, we enjoyed our stay and were very impressed overall by the hotel, it's amenities and the service. |

| Staff was very helpful and professional. Hotel is in great condition - very modern. Easy walk to convention center. Otherwise, the surrounding area is plenty safe but fairly uninteresting.
Definitely would recommend the overall experience. |
