| I reserved a non smoking room, and when U got there, a smoking room was given to me. I do not thing that not even someone that smokes could have been able to sleep there. |

| This hotel exceeded my expectations.
The location was great, the staff was very pleasant, the rooms were spacious and clean, the breakfast was good, plenty of parking availability and easy to find as long as you don't trust your GPS. |

| This hotel was in an ideal location for where I needed to go in Florida. It was a reasonable in price. The only thing that turned me off was the smell of the room. It stunk to high heaven. But it was nothing than some Febreze couldn't fix. |

| Booked a nonsmoking room but none were available on arrival. Desk clerk got creative and gave me the handicapped room, which was ok.
Breakfast was a joke with lukewarm coffee and not much else. The free wifi and HD tv's in the room wewe nice, but other than that there is no reason i wouldn't try a competing hotel the next time i'm in the area. |

| Hotel was clean, convenient location and very welcoming to pets. There were lots of dogs staying there but you would never have known it. Only thing I didn't like was the spreads on the beds--they were.ite scratchy. |

| This was a comfortable stay and the staff were very cordial and helpful. A little maintenance goes a long way, the room door would not lock when leaving the room. Thanks to one of the room service personnel knew exactly what to do. This shows that this is common and has not been completely fixed. However, I thought this was a minor incident and I would stay again. |
