Recent Red Roof Fairgrounds Review: "This was a great deal for the price! The room was outdated, but clean. I noticed when I walked by the laundry that they were washing bedspreads and blankets in addition to sheets. They had very good security (guard, room safes and excellent video camera coverage.) It is across the street from the fairgrounds and about very close to the Hard Rock Casino.  Ker's Winghouse has very good food and is right in front of the hotel and 5 Guys Burgers (my fave!) is about a block away. There is also a convenience store next to the Winghouse. I usually avoid 2 star hotels because I've had some very bad experiences regarding cleanliness and security, but a friend had recommended this place several times. I agree with his recommendations-- you can save money and have a clean, safe room."
