Recent Sailport Waterfront Review: "The hotel room was extremely nice and worth every penny to stay. Our room also had a beautiful view. The only down to our stay were all the door dings from the parking lot. There is limited parking near the room, but is still worth taking the chance for the experience. It's only minutes from Clearwater beach and main highways are close enough to give you quick access to the surrounding businesses, yet you hear very little road noise. We were completely satisfied with our stay and would love to go back some day!"

| Good hotel for the price, but the bedroom is located one thin wall from a loud, echo-y hallway where every drunk coming back from the bars wakes you up. The view beachside was beautiful, but I was in town for business and only wanted to get some sleep. Would be great for a family with a nice sitting room, porch, and kitchen area, but if you stay there, ask for a room at the very far side of the hotel so nobody walks past your room at 2am. |

| I just wanted to say this hotel was definitely a winner, I adnit we found an item undr the bed of the adult package variety , but it wouldn't warrant the overall condo feel of the suite the wiew was great the kitchen area was unexpectedly great I could stay here for a eek's vacation with no problem. the only thing I could suggest to the hotel is to put larger tubs in the rooms, that would realy put the icing on the cake so keep up the good work the good deals and I hope the management seriously consider the larger tubs idea. cheers Mannie S. |

| Place is old, no doubt about that. Smells like old. Appliances are antiques (really!!) but work fine. Carpet was not dirty, bed and sofa bed was fine. Bathroom was surprisingly clean for the age. Place was mostly quiet. Beautiful sunset view from my room. Important note: apparently, there are also condos at this resort and people live here year round as evidenced by the folks throwing a party in a nearby room. For the money, size is great if you have kids. Location is great because of the waterfront and lack of traffic. |

| We liked the room and location b/c it had everything we needed and it was right by the water. I would've preferred the bedroom to be near the sliding door to the balcony but instead it was near the entrance so i found the room layout a bit strange. Also, the room needs some updating like with the borders, walls, new paint, etc. cuz there were cracks and peeling. Also, the bed wasn't that comfortable and very squeaky. I also saw a few bugs and a huge roach. I liked the room and location but if some improvements are made it would be much better. |

| It was a great deal for the money. Is like a small apartment. Only thing did not like was (1) elevator located at one end of the hotel, and was a long walk to my room which was the next to last room at end of hall. Great views of water. |
