Recent Sheraton Riverwalk Review: "Everything exceeded our expectations! The staff were super friendly and incredibly helpful. Each staff member we came across went out of their way to assist, addressed us by name each time and made us feel like big shots.
The valet service was great, and each time we got in the car we were asked if we needed help finding our location.
The concierge was always one step ahead of us in making our stay more enjoyable.
The breakfast buffet was a great deal, tasty and convenient. The restaurant staff were friendly and helpful, we never needed to ask for anything because they were there before we could ask.
Internet service was perfect up in our room, and I noticed there were even computers we could have used down in the lobby.
My only complaint was that we couldn't stay longer and were only there for the Home Show at the convention center. (A short walk away.) So this means we'll have to plan a special trip to Tampa just to relax and enjoy the hotel's amenities. We never even made it down to the pool, but it looked lovely from our riverside view!
My husband also enjoyed a 10 mile run around the town and said it was one of the most enjoyable routes he's ever done. He didn't even need a water bottle, the city has water fountains everywhere!
Overall, I can't wait to go back again....I'm thinking maybe a week surrounding the Tampa Marathon!"

| One of the nicest places I have stayed. An easy walk to anywhere downtown, the art musuem, or the university. Maybe best of all it is two blocks from Malio's Prime, where I didn't try a steak but had some of the best pasta in my life. |

| If you are looking for a quaint bed and breakfast, with antiques, happy hour and a helpful, friendly staff, this is the place for you. The breakfast is more than donuts and coffee and they even have a happy hour to meet and greet. A great place to stay. |

| The biggest con was there was no parking. You forced to pay for valet parkin $16 plus tip. If you didn't pay you couldn't park. The money I saved I ended up paying for it at the end. |

| Overall, this place was a great find. Very clean, very courteous, people were very sociable. This place is downtown and just a few minutes from every part of Tampa. Only bad parts were the breakfast room service - very slow. I would recommend the breakfast buffet instead. And if you are expecting a water view, make sure you get the highest floor. Otherwise, your view is a rooftop. Kind of funny actually. The view is great from the pool deck and the restaurant, and makes for a great evening. Overall, this has been one of my more comfortable stays anywhere. |

| Really enjoyed my stay here. Very reasonable price, even though it is summer in Florida and rates are a bit lower. Staff was friendly and very helpful with respect to directions and places to eat. Room was comfortable and very clean. Will definitely go back. |

| Very clean hotel with a great view of the river and a close walk or ride to many Tampa area attractions.
My only complaint is that the room did not ever get really cool. The AC remained on the entire stay and never was quite cool enough.
Other than that everything was perfect. |

| WONDERFUL customer service. The staff was friendly, polite and made me feel like I was paying for a penthouse. What I liked most was I got the room on a 48 hour last minute sale and paid 1/3 of the price a friend had paid for her room that she booked directly through the hotel. I LOVE saving $$ :o) |
