| This hotel was very clean, breakfast(which was excellent) is included, but the service was poor. You couldn't get through to the front desk( it was always busy) and then when you did get through, they never brought up the coffee we asked for. |

| Liked the convenience of the hotel, close to the airport and quick to get to the cruise terminals. Hotel room suite was spacious, for 4 people and lots of luggage; was also nice when friends came to visit! The free breakfast in the mornings were a nice touch. |

| we throughly enjoyed our stay here. the hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. the room was clean and well kept and very spacious. was very satisfied. I would stay at this hotel again on my next visit! |

| The hotel was nice. When we arrived at the airport we called for the shuttle and waited over an hour for it to come needless to say I was not a happy camper. Then when I went to set up the ride to the cruise port which we were told it was free on the phone we had to pay for it and also they didn't send enough taxis for all of us, there were 13 of us women with luggage and of course it wouldn't all fit. It was just awful. Other then that it was a nice hotel. |
